Dear Friends of Spout Press,

Give to the Max Day is Thursday, November 15, and Spout Press would
like to remind you that we are a non-profit and in need of funds to
create our next publications. We tried standing in front of the Star
Tribune building wearing barrels, but guess it’s the age of the
Internet.

Your donation will go only to the publication of our books and
journals, and the organizing of events in our community. No one gets
paid at Spout Press, we rent no office, and if we have pretzels at our
meetings they are probably stolen.

Spout Magazine, and the next issue is in pre-production. We are also working on two
new books. The sooner we are able to produce the books, the sooner we can have big
